Who likes Freebies?
Hello my woolly friends ... did you know that every parcel that leaves Woolly HQ has a cheeky little freebie in it?!
We always love to chuck a little something into brighten your day. So when you are jumping up and down because the postie has delivered your yarn - if that's not enough excitement in itself - we will have put a little extra something in for you. We send thank you notes with every parcel and always attempt to package your balls (!) beautifully. Not only that but AS WELL our postage charges are below the first class price you would pay in the post office for a small packet. But they are sent first class business mail using our tracked mailing sacks and often arrive the next day.
We like to think of your yarn, although you've paid for it, as a gift and so package as we would like to receive. Most of our customers are delighted and often write to thank us; its just a little something, a personal touch to show we care and are not some great warehouse somewhere stacking it high and selling it at maximum profits. We are all knitters here and do this for the love of the craft. Occasionally in the Christmas rush, when we are tangled in parcel tape or have just been hit over the head in the stock room by an avalanche of yarn, we are sure somethings may go arye but we wanted to let you know that we always try and definitely care.
We can't believe it's February already - time flies when you are having yarny fun!
