It is entirely the customers responsibility to ensure the suitability of our products for your pets. We recommend that you check regularly for any signs of wear. 


You can pay using PayPal, by Credit/ Debit card or Amex.


If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that the items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in an unused condition in the original packaging and free from any pet hair for a refund of the purchase minus P&P.

If you receive faulty or damaged good, please contact us and let us know the fault with the item. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we will endeavour to rectify any problems.

If you would like to exchange your purchase just let us know at hello@abitwoolly.co.uk. When returning items to us, you are responsible for postage costs. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to ensure its safe arrival as we cannot be responsible for items being lost in the post. 


All vouchers, promo codes and discount codes require a customer account, without a customer account these codes will not work. We reserve the right to enable, disable or deny voucher codes at any time without notice.


We endeavour to present representative images of items in the web-shop, however, due to the lighting during photography of items and variations in monitor colour settings, the actual colours me vary slightly from those shown on the web-shop.  We aim to include colour charts within each item description, however these may also vary from the actual item.  We are continually updating images to ensure a close likeness to the actual items.


We endeavour to maintain correct stock levels indicated in the web-shop, however, occasionally there may be differences between that shown onlilne and the stock actually available.  In such instances we will offer an alternative, updated re-stocking date or a refund at the Customer's request
